1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Booked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Booked is an AI-powered platform that helps actors automate casting submissions across multiple casting platforms. The Service connects to third-party casting platforms using credentials you provide and submits on your behalf based on your configured preferences.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Platform Credentials

To use the auto-submission features, you may provide login credentials for third-party casting platforms (such as Actors Access). By providing these credentials, you:

• Authorize Booked to access those platforms on your behalf
• Confirm you have the right to use those accounts
• Acknowledge that credentials are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM
• Accept responsibility for compliance with those platforms' own terms of service

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Submission packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits do not expire.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit to roles you are clearly not qualified for
• Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automated submissions will result in auditions, callbacks, or bookings. AI matching scores are estimates and may not perfectly reflect casting requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed opportunities or submission errors.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
